1. How do I start my coaching after I purchase it?
After your purchase, you’ll receive a confirmation email with links to two Google Forms (in English and Dutch). Simply fill out the form that suits you best and hit submit – no need to email me manually. Once I receive it, I’ll start working on your personalized email.
2. How long does it take to receive my coaching emails?
You’ll receive your first email within 3-5 business days after submitting your form. If I ever need more time due to high demand or holidays, I’ll mention this on my website.
If you have purchased the coaching package with two emails, you’ll get the chance to ask provided follow-up questions or come up with your own, to which I will respond (again) within that time frame.
3. What is your refund policy?
Please note: All coaching services are non-refundable. Due to the personalized nature of my coaching and the time invested, I do not offer refunds once the process has started. Thank you for understanding.
4. What happens if I’m not satisfied with the coaching?
If you feel the guidance doesn’t resonate, you can contact me within 7 days of receiving my response. In this case, I will clarify or adjust my advice to ensure you feel supported. This could include additional insights or alternative perspectives to address your concerns.

5. In what language(s) do you coach?
I offer coaching in both English and Dutch, as I am a native Dutch speaker. You can choose the language you feel most comfortable with.
6. What makes you qualified to be a coach?
I am an ervaringsdeskundige (expert by experience) with over 20 years of personal experience in overcoming depression and anxiety. I lost myself in that pain, but through my experiences, I learned how to find myself again. This transformation forms the foundation of my coaching and your listening ear.
7. Why do I charge €75 per email?
I pour a lot of care, time, and intuitive focus into every email I write. Each message takes between 1 to 2 hours (sometimes more), because I want you to feel fully seen, supported, and guided — not just with quick answers, but with insight that truly resonates.
My rate reflects my hourly rate, which comes down to approximately €37.50.
8. How long is one email?/What am I paying for?
The email is as long as it takes me to figure out your problem. Yes, it is as simple as that. Here is an example of an email I sent to a client:
