Once upon a time…

Today, I wish to present to you a little story. A little story about your life, or rather; a big one. Because, what is the actual story you tell yourself? Seemingly small and unimportant details could be the reason why you are not where you want to be. So let me ask you again: what is the actual story you tell yourself?

The blame game is always great to participate in when figuring out where it all went wrong. Looking around in your life at all of the figures, the places and the situations which all caused for you to be the person you are today. But in that equation, you are forgetting a very important and unmissable factor: you.

When you are a frequent visitor of this website or you believe in something called the intuition, then it’s rather silly to believe the curation of the concept we call “you”, would have anything to do with anything but you. The intuition isn’t just a voice that is heard in the mind which tells you what to do in a certain moment (although that is exactly sometimes what it is), it is more so a guide to freedom.

This freedom starts when you accept the responsibility (= the ability to respond) of your role in your life. This all has to do with the story you tell yourself, which could be anything really. Because you decide whether you will listen to your inner-guidance, or your outer-circumstances. So basically:

will you be defined by your past, or by the vision of the future?”

— Dr. Joe Dispenza

It is not hard, but it is something that you have to keep reminding yourself to keep doing. Because the story you tell yourself, whether you fully believe this or not, has something to do with the life you create for yourself. And sometimes the story you’ve been telling for so long is an unwanted and automatic one. It’s something that you’ve simply identified with for a longer period of time and you are actually believing that it’s you. It’s not you, it’s just a story and it can change.

Don’t worry, we all go through this and we all fall victim to this. But the funny thing is, we are falling victim to ourselves. Which means that you have the power to change it! The story that I told myself for a long time is that I am unloved, depressed, unworthy and am not able to do what I love as a fulltime job. So, what got pushed out into my reality? Exactly that.

So even if you don’t believe that you can’t just steer your life in the direction that you want to, then it’s ok to let Jesus take the wheel but at least start telling yourself a different story! So, instead of just going with the feelings and thoughts you’ve always identified yourself with, maybe in the mornings start meditating and start crafting a new story.

When the mind is the sharpest and the emptiest, that is when you should take advantage of burning the CD (which, in this instance, the CD is your brain). Go about your day but keep in mind that you are telling yourself a different story. Where you usually felt unworthy, you now maybe feel a little more worthy.

Side note: if you don’t feel entirely comfortable saying the exact opposite of what you’ve always been telling yourself, then look up the “emotional guidance scale” of Abraham-Hicks. They explain how to jump from A to B using your emotions, instead from A to Z.

Truly, truly, truly keep doing this and watch your life change. Things in your life can’t happen if you are not a vibrational match to them. Remember what Bashar said:

“There is only you in the room”
