Ourselves Are Our Selves
Whenever we speak about ourselves, we speak about our selves in a way that indicates that there are two of us;
I like myself, I am in love with myself, I hate myself etc.
But, what if it’s true? And what if we knew subconsciously, that this was always the case?
If you are a bit familiar with Spirituality, you might have come across people like: Abraham-Hicks, Bashar, or Sadhguru. Today, I want to talk about something that Bashar has said.
Bashar has said in multiple talks that there is a part of us that is focused here, and a part of us that is still in spirit. So, what does that mean? That we are merely dreaming here and when we go to sleep, we actually wake up? That is exactly what it means.
Bashar said to feel the difference in, well, feeling, when you realize that you are not the body, but that you can be focused on being in the body. This means that you have a body, not that you are the body. This could be linked to the fact* that there is a part of us that is still in spirit.
This might be the reason why we talk like there are two of ourselves. It’s because there literally are two versions of us experiencing this experience.
Just a little fun thing to think about, thanks for reading!

*To me this is a fact. But to you, it obviously doesn’t have to be.
